最近は非常に忙しくさせて頂いておりましてブログの更新にまで手が回りませんでしたが、今日はなんとか更新できそうです。事務所を経営していくと色々と初めてのことがあり本当に楽しいです。また、日々、知財関連で良い情報があれば更新したいと考えております。

　この7月9日に、中小ベンチャー企業、小規模企業、個人事業主などを対象とした特許料等の軽減措置が再開されました。この業界では近々に再開すると囁かれていましたが、7月9日から再開しました。この減免措置は今年の3月でいったん終了したのですが、7月に復活しました。4月から6月においてＰＣＴ出願した人で減免要件を満たすような人は本当にアンラッキーでした。
　特に、ＰＣＴ出願などでは、特許庁費用（１５～２０万円）の２／３が返還対象額であるために非常に大きいです。詳細はこちらの特許庁ＨＰなどをご参照下さい。

　弊所でも実は、近々にＰＣＴ出願があり、お客様には特許庁費用は２０万円は要します、と伝えていたので、それが突然２／３返金されます、と伝えることができてすごくタイムリーでした。
